A slow, wandering support kid whose bubbles hide others while she follows her own path.
Personality
The Bubbling Toddler is a happy four-year-old following a butterfly through the middle of the war. She does not understand teams, objectives, or danger. She holds the bubble wand overhead because that makes more bubbles and wanders wherever her attention goes next.
Both sides protect her. Nobody wants to be the kid who soaked a toddler, so they lower what they are holding until she passes. She has never noticed the rule or the battle changing around her.
Motivation
Winning does not exist for her. She wants to follow the butterfly, make a large cloud, and keep walking outside. Any help she gives a team is accidental.
How they fight
Her bubble cloud moves with her and hides kids inside it from clear targeting. It can cover the Wagon Bomb's approach, break the Wizard's view, or let another kid cross an open lane. She is useful when her wandering path happens to match the team's route.
She is slow, weak, and impossible to command like an older kid. The cover walks away whenever she does. Both teams can use the same cloud, and nobody can count on her to stay near an objective. Her protection comes from the street's rule, not from armor or toughness.

This revision uses casting sheet row 14 for age, identity, size, personality, and bubble role, while preserving the Claira-ruled name Bubbling Toddler. Her roster place and command model remain contested, and no bubble system exists in the sim. Earlier published revisions remain unchanged in the timeline.
