Why this possibility exists
Charter §8 names the subtraction mechanic and the clothesline refill, and calls him out specifically as the wagon's answer. What "the only subtraction" actually subtracts is not written down anywhere yet.

- Charge count per towel-kid, and whether it resets or depletes permanently per match.
- Cast time or interrupt window while drying a teammate.
- Whether the towel effect is instant or scales with contact duration.
