He is six. He comes up to the handle of Wagon Bomb's wagon, and he is the fastest six-year-old on 7th Street. He owns no weapon and nothing that sheds water, and one clean hit ends his afternoon. What he carries is never his own: whatever he has just taken, held over his head. Which house he comes out of, and whose hand-me-down the shirt was, stay unresolved rather than invented to look complete.

The job is one he invented, and he performs it with his whole attention: things belong wherever he last put them. He is immune to strategy because nobody told him there is one.

What changed

• Grew the casting-sheet seed into a specific originating kid: a six-year-old White boy, size small, with nothing of his own.
• Gave him a silhouette whose loudest items are all other kids' property.
• Staged his obliviousness as a mismatched answer instead of stating it as a trait.
• Added the beat in which a bigger kid protects him and resents it in one motion.
• Rendered the sheet's "pretty weak" as how little water he can hold.
• Made the hose kink a cross-reference to Hose Kid, whose weakness column names him.
• Rejected the reading in which his collecting is team resupply.

Why it changed

A pickup-and-throw utility concept explains what he does to the map but not why the street both hates him and protects him. The load-bearing trait is the ignorance: a six-year-old who understood the plan would be a saboteur, and a saboteur only gets the hatred.

Evidence and playtest marginalia

• This dossier is roughly eight hundred words grown from the fifty-six in row 12's backstory cell. Nobody has confirmed that row 12 describes a person rather than a joke, and no artifact or session note exists about this kid alone. The reach is the author's, not the record's.
• Nothing has been built for him — no pickup rule, carry rule, catch window, or run speed — so provenfinding is null.
• docs/characters/roster-mix-v1.csv row 12: "Too young to have a real role and too fast to ignore ... The most hated and most protected kid on the street simultaneously."
• docs/characters/roster-mix-v1.csv row 9, Hose Kid weaknesses: "Hose can be kinked by little sibling or stepped on by Big Kid."

• decisions.md (2026-07-25) rejects refill mechanics; it names the Chucker, the Soaker, and Dry Towels, not him.

Rejected or alternate directions

• A knowing agent of chaos, aware of his own effect.
• A hard one-object carry cap, with the second pickup forcing a drop.
• A catch-and-return window that makes the smallest kid the best interceptor.
• Ownership marks on a taken object.
• Dropped-balloon collection as team resupply.
• The stolen wagon balloon as a one-kid win condition.
• The Toddler's universal protection, reused unchanged; hers is unconditional.
• Low-angle framing, clinging wet fabric, and body close-ups; the camera stays at his eye level or above.

Still unresolved

Featured question: does he stay funny the fourth time he takes something, or only the first?

Secondary unknowns:

• what he does the first time a kid soaks him on purpose;
• whether any kid on this street is actually his sibling;
• whether charter §8's Ghôl analog or the sheet's Mauls analog governs;
• whether he can give something back without becoming a lesson;
• whether the id and the shipped Little Sibling display name are ever reconciled, which is Claira's call.
