Rain Gear Kid — v0.2

developing seed revision

The soak-resistance counter experiment remains listed, but its unique roster job is now explicitly contested.

Legend

Dressed for a storm on a sunny day, daring the whole water fight to prove the gear has a point.

Suburb

The resistance/counter pair is useful design discipline. It may not require a whole character when a narrower snorkel, wetsuit, or fixture interaction could carry the same idea.

Current draft

Rain Gear Kid remains the soak-resistant experiment: strong against spray and soakers, vulnerable to a clear direct-hit counter. The concept is retained but contested because its distinct roster purpose is not yet persuasive.

Why this possibility exists

The artbook should preserve current doubt instead of silently deleting the concept or presenting provisional confidence as canon.

Still unresolved

  • A unique tactical job beyond generic resistance.
  • Which direct hits trigger the counter.
  • Narrowing, merging, or eventual retirement.
